Build your own SCIF.

Building your own SCIF is now an imperative. SuiteMeet puts the meeting room inside your own network: your servers, your keys, your walls. Nothing crosses them that you did not let in.

Talk to us about yours

Organizational secrecy, kept

Strategy, numbers, acquisitions, people decisions: most companies talk them through on meeting services run by someone else, on someone else's servers, under someone else's terms. Secrecy used to mean a locked boardroom. Now it means knowing where your meetings physically run.

  • Who met is a secret tooEven when nobody can hear a call, the record of who met, when and for how long says a great deal. With SuiteMeet inside your walls, that record stays on your servers.
  • No outside cloud in the roomThe site, the switchboard and the relay run on your machines. There is no third party between the people in the meeting.
  • Your rules for what is keptYou decide what is logged, what is recorded and for how long, because the disks are yours.

What sits inside your walls

Everything a meeting needs runs on hardware you own, on your LAN, behind your VPN or across your private WAN. We build it, hand you the keys, and send updates.

Head officeOn the office LAN
Remote staffThrough your VPN
Branch officesAcross your private WAN
Your network
Your SuiteMeet siteThe suites, members and the knock, on your own web server
Your switchboardIntroduces the people in a meeting to each other, then steps aside
Your relayCarries a call when two machines cannot reach each other directly
Your recordingsOptional; kept on your storage, never ours

Updates only. The one thing that ever comes from us is a new version of the software, and you choose when, or whether, to apply it. A site with no outside connection at all is updated by hand.

SCIF is the government's word for an accredited secure facility. SuiteMeet does not accredit anything. It gives you the private meeting room to put inside walls you already control.

Three ways to wire it

  • LAN onlyMeetings for one building, on a network with no way out. The quietest setup there is.
  • Over your VPNPeople at home or on the road join through the VPN they already use. Outside the VPN, the room does not exist.
  • Across your WANBranches meet over your private links, with a relay in each region if you want one.

The machine room

  • Modest hardware. Our own SuiteMeet runs on a small Linux server with 2 CPUs and 4 GB of memory.
  • Rooms of five meet directly.Video goes between the people in the meeting, so the server mostly makes introductions.
  • Larger rooms are built for you. When you need more than five in a room, we size a media server for your network.
  • Your records stay yours.Members, suites, logs and recordings sit on your disks.

Build yours

Tell us about your network and how many people need to meet. A person reads every message and replies.
